1️⃣ Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Original bill/invoice is required for return.

Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Software, digital products, and downloadable items

Opened printer ink cartridges

Customized or special-order products

Clearance / Discount sale items (unless defective)

3️⃣ Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed.

Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be made via:

Original payment method (Online payment)

Bank transfer / UPI (if paid in cash)

4️⃣ Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged products can be exchanged within 7 days.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

5️⃣ Warranty Support

Products with manufacturer warranty will be handled as per company service policy.

Customers may need to contact the authorized service center.
